Mushroom Fritters

Meaty and filling mushroom fritters. These ensure that you are full for a long time without feeling heavy. Make sure to add the dill, it's the main ingredient! Oh, and don't add all the flour at once. You may want more or less, as it depends on how long you cooked the onions and mushrooms. It couldn't be easier! Just a few steps and you have tasty healthy fritters. And don't forget the sour cream - the more, the better.

Ingredients:

Ingredients for King Oyster Mushroom Cioppino:


    250 grams Mushrooms (chopped)1 onion (small, chopped)1 teaspoon dried dill1 pinch salt


    1 large egg 50 grams flour oil (for frying)


PREPARATION

STEP ONE: Heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan. Fry the onions until they are soft and golden brown. Add garlic, salt and dill. Finally, add the mushrooms, cover, reduce the heat and simmer until the mushrooms begin to release moisture. Put the lid on and let it cook until all the liquid has evaporated. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes.


STEP TWO: Add the egg and mix well. Finally, stir in the flour. Mix well.


STEP THREE: Heat a tablespoon of oil in a saucepan and drop 2-3 tablespoons of the batter. Flatten if necessary. Fry on both sides until golden brown. Serve immediately.
